Every year, thousands of Nebraska juniors, seniors, and their parents attend the college fairs brought to you by EducationQuest and NACRAO to find colleges that meet their needs. Below is the schedule for the upcoming fall season.
2012 Schedule
EPPs & College Fairs Calendar – Sept 2012
EPPs & College Fairs Calendar – Oct 2012
NACRAO EPP Registation Form 2012
PLEASE NOTE:
1. To participate in the EPPs:
- your institution must be a NACRAO member AND
- you must email, fax, or mail your completed registration form to Les Monroe by Friday, July 13th.
2. This registration form is only for participation in the EPPs. In June, EducationQuest Foundation will open registration for the Sunday College Fairs.
3. Some changes to this years calendars include:
- North Platte (Tuesday, Sept 11th) moved from an evening program to a morning program
- The Fairbury program was removed last year when they agreed to attend the Beatrice event. That change proved to be challenging for Fairbury high school, so they have been placed back on the calendar following Beatrice on Tuesday, Sept 18th.
- The Tri-State Area College Fair was moved a week later to avoid school based events that may be affecting student attendance at the fair. The new date will be Sunday, October 14th.
- The Knox County and Tri-County EPPs could not follow the Tri-State Area College Fair due to scheduling conflicts for area schools so those events have been moved to Tuesday, October 23rd.
- The Scottsbluff – Gering Area College Fair and the EPPs for Chadron, Alliance, Sidney, and Ogallala were moved one week earlier than their dates last year.
- The Grand Island Area College Fair will be held at the Exhibition Building at Fonner Park, not the Heartland Event Center as in previous years.
Finally, I want to publicly thank the committee. They invested a lot of time to assure these programs work well for those of you who participate.
If anyone has questions, please contact me or a committee member.
